HERMES 10ml PMU/Microblading lip pigment HALLOWEEN SALE Made in ItalyOur new lip pigments are produced in Germany and have the same quality saturation as our brow pigments. Hermes is a Light beige pink tone; generally used as highlighter or when extremely natural result is necessary. Use as a third colour in bubble lips technique. Can be mixed with Pucci or Dior for more visible result. The color is used manually pure and mechanically it is diluted with pigment thinner.
