Mesmerizing painterly peonies, daffodils, and purple chrysanthemums abound on a tiger blue background with spots of lemon yellow and juicy orange. The garment is designed as a skirt but also looks super cool as a strapless dress, belted or not! No maker label, circa 1970s. Size XS L, 24" 34" waist
