Adds extra fullness and a perfect shape to dresses with flared skirt sections and a 'must have' item if you are wearing a 50's or rockabilly swing dress. This supersoft petticoat is approximately 23" long but there is some leeway depending on where it is worn on the hips, with a deep adjustable elasticated waist band to help give a flatter waist.
