On the palate it is remarkably fresh with an explosion of fresh fruit, white fruit, dry but with excellent acidity and a herbaceous and pleasant finish. Soft, creamy bubbles and a rich mouthfeel provided by the lees, is balanced by excellent acidity and freshness.
