I call the guy "@raskolnikov", after the protagonist of Dostojevsky's classic "Crime and Punishment". I see a lot of similarities in Raskolnikov's and so called "roadmen's" behavior and actions horrible crimes springing from desperate economical situation and marginalization from society. Turning Raskolnikov's name into an Instagram handle also brings the piece to today.
