The white polypropylene webbing is sewn to a 1" wide narrow hook and also to the end of the 1" heavy duty ratchet tensioner. The long end of this ratchet strap is sewn to a specially designed 1" narrow hook that allows it to be inserted in the tensioning hole of the Festival CAN W baseplate.
