Sentoku Nigori Hebesu 720ml junmai-daiginjo Inspired by the traditional doburokuThis unique liqueur combines Sentoku Shuzos signature nigori sake from sunny Miyazaki with the vibrant juice of Hebesu citrus, grown in Hyuga City, Miyazaki Prefecture. The result is a sake based liqueur with fresh, fruity notes and a bright, refreshing acidity. Inspired by the visit of former Japan national football star Hidetoshi Nakata to the brewery in June 2021, this creation celebrates both regional flavor and innovation.
