While the brewery has been crafting sake, shochu, and liqueurs since 1918, the Togouchi whisky line began in the 1990s. This 9 year old blend brings together carefully selected malt and grain whiskies, matured slowly to create a smooth, balanced expression with a distinctly Japanese touch.
