The white cotton area is a hand carved snow white quartz stone that I individually hand sculpt. The stone looks like real cotton with a frosted cotton texture. But the stone will hold up and make this jewelry last. As you can see in the pictures this is not a flat piece, and it has a lot of dimension and detail. This piece of jewelry shows the beauty of a cotton
