Adding a new dynamic to a well worn path can lead to new vistas and perspectives that invigorate and rejuvenate. To this end, we took our Blue Corn and finished it in west coast Grenache and Cabernet puncheons, softening the bold and oily pecan and leather notes with layers of ripe berries and supple tannin.
