Palate: Tangy rich and complex aromas, old school rum for sure with the opening of the palate, Sharp sweet spices, black cracked peppers, dark liquorice and hints of dark cherry, a rich liquorice root comes in to play across the whole palate, tangy blackcurrant, and spiced apple.
