Centelleo Tempranillo Vintage_2014 Our 100% Islay range isBy selecting low yielding vineyards and ripe fruit they create a wine suitable forany occasion. The vineyards are closely monitored so grapes are picked at their best and the state of the art winery is well equipped with the most modern winemaking machinery to create fantastic wines. There is a 2 day maceration, followed by a 14 day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, cold stabilisation and then bottled to order to retain freshness and vibrancy.
